Meet the founder

Chantal Tregear

Chantal is an executive coach and leadership consultant with over 20 years’ experience in managing talent strategies – whether this be through executive search and facilitated psychometric assessments or through coaching mandates at FTSE, CAC40, DAX & multinational institutions.

Experience

Values driven, able to speak truth to power and highly attuned to the nuance of a problem.

 

As a certified coach for the last 10 years, Chantal has built up a strong reputation for high impact conversations – working with corporates, but also with private clients, to help them unlock and realise their potential.

She is a Corporate Officer Executive Search Specialist. Search work has been global and across the corporate officer spectrum: Marketing, Data Privacy, Co-Sec, GC, IR, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications. This breadth enables her to add particular value in ensuring a collaborative mindset and ‘big picture’ approach to corporate strategy more widely.

With the increasing drive to build a highly engaged work force around core purpose, Chantal also advises CEOs and other C-Suite leaders on key trends and insights relating to sustainability and social value across all sectors.  She is a tutor, part time at Cambridge University, Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

 

Coaching expertise.

Direct experience includes addressing what it means to be a leader today; turning around those with performance issues; preparing those who are moving into their first C-Suite role or who have been identified as high potentials; guiding those who are at career crossroad decision moments.

Corporate experience.

Chantal spent the last 7 years at the global leadership advisory and search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, having joined from a boutique practice where she led both public sector and private sector search mandates for 14 years. Her early career was in corporate and financial communications agencies.
